Valved Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) Battery
The advantages of using the VRLA battery lie in its compactness, optimum space utilization, commercial affordability, minimum maintenance, safe and it can deliver the highest instantaneous power within a short time for the lead acid type batteries, thus, industries such as Telecommunication, UPS, Solar application, Transmission and Distribution, etc., will find the batteries quite irresistible.

Plante Battery
The Plante Battery was designed in 1859 and till to today, it is still widely used in the Industries such as Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Oil & Gas, Telecom, etc., due to its reliability and long life.

Tubular Battery
The Tubular cell was developed in the early 1900s but it was after the World War II that the braided glass fiber gauntlet was developed to house the active material. Though initially meant for cyclic applications, the design is extensively used in most industries such as Power, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Solar, etc., due to its proven reliability in float applications. The Chloride OPzS range has life span exceeding 15 years (at 25 °C).

Nickel Cadmium Battery
Chloride Nickel Cadmium industrial cells using advanced sintered plate/pocket plate technology have been used successfully in industrial battery applications for long years. With a design life of more than 20 years, they have proved to be a very reliable DC power source in float service or cyclic applications in harsh conditions with temperatures up to 60°C.
